The Center is a private institution of higher education, offering a range of undergraduate programs (at the University Center/Centro Universitario) and select graduate programs (at the School of Business/Escuela de Negocios).

This Center/Centro Universitario is affiliated to Universidad Europea de Madrid, a private university in Madrid, Spain, part of Laureate International Universities network.

The Center was founded in 1992 with the following philosophy in mind: foster social and economic development in the Valencian Community, encourage collaboration among universities, businesses and professionals in the area, assist our students with internships in all academic fields and further research projects within our university as well as in collaboration with other institutions and associations.

All Bachelor´s and Associate degrees obtained at Center/Centro Universitario are accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
